"The response time from the first inquiry was excellent. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable, professional , friendly and knew exactly what I needed and wanted done on my gas fireplace. He worked in a timely fashion, and was very aware of keeping all dirt , etc., onto a covered area so my carpet stayed cleaned. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs repairs, parts, a new fireplace, etc. to their fireplace. I have already scheduled my yearly inspection for 2024. "I was impressed with Chuck from Shamrock Chimney. He was realistic in his discussion and went thru various options from converting to a gas fireplace to wood inserts. He discussed the issues with the existing field stone face and converting to a two way fireplace. He certainly made me comfortable to consider Shamrock should the project move forward."

"They have done tuneup service just 37 days ago to my furnace.
Furnace stopped kicking off. Service guy came over afterhours (thanks for that) and did a fix to the loose connection for inducer motor.
Fix didn't last for a day... Quote to replace the part  is half the price of new furnace of same 80% kind! Welcome to home ownership!!!

"Jay came over with the crew and introduced them and went over everything that was going to be done.  The crew got right to work.  This being a 100 year old home, we had some challenging trim to work around.  The guys stepped up to the plate and did an excellent job on it.  They made it look like it fit right in.  Each day they came to work prepared to work not having to stop and get tools or materials.  We will be happy to call them for and future work we need done.  We highly recommend them for anyone looking to have some work done. "
