In terms of integrity, courtesy, skill, craftmanship, and attention to detail, they exhibited OLD-SCHOOL values that just aren't around much anymore. I didn't find one tiny item to pick up after they cleaned. I was glad I met them, and even tipped the two people repairing the brick. It looks great at a fair price."

The store sales staff: very knowledgeable -- they had good information and suggestions but let us make the final decisions without pressure. The installers: neat, courteous, and very accurate  -- an especially welcome skill as they made holes in our wall to vent the stove pipe out and run the gas line in. The scheduler: a true gem -- she cheerfully juggled staff to guarantee our established start-up date.
This is the second purchase we've made at the Eden Prairie store (we had a corner fireplace installed in our upper level 15 years ago), and we would not hesitate to go there again if we ever want a similar type product installed.

"We were delighted by the work of Chad and Nicole. We converted a wood burning fireplace in our lower level to gas logs. The upstairs fireplace has an insert which they removed with care only to find the installers of the insert (not Envision) placed it on a plywood base (not a good mix - heat and wood). So in addition to installing the gas line with precision and getting us a log set that is beautiful, they reset the inert on cement board and made the house safer. Envision is awesome. Their prices are great and worth every penny."

Doug provided friendly, professional service and information. I had many questions, which he answered thoroughly. Fireplace is 23 years old. "Called another company originally they asked how old the furnace is and I said about 5 yrs. old (it is 6 yrs old). They informed me that I should get a hold of the company that put it in because it should still be under warranty, which after I looked it was. So I called Service Today to set up an appt. to have them look at it. Andrew came out and with various questions asked I said that the thermostat we have is wifi and that is how we run it. Comcast upgraded the wifi in the neighborhood the day before and it was today I woke up and noticed that the thermostat wifi was not connected to the wifi anymore. He looked into it and noticed that when I put it on heat via by phone app or manually by the wall thermostat, it was turning on the A/C instead and visa versa. He came at a price to me of about $350 to run a diagnostic to find the issue. He did and then he comes back and tells me that the thermostat itself is burn out (I bought the thermostat from them when I had the new furnace installed 6 yrs. ago). Andrew goes to his van and of course comes with only 2 thermostats that he has on hand. One is not wifi and it was $350 or so and the other was $800 which was wifi programmable. He did say we could just go and get one from Best Buy or something but we would have to install it. We decided on the lower cost of the 2. As he was installing it I looked up the retail cost for the same exact one he was putting in (Honeywell T4Pro) and it was $75 at Best Buy. I mean really.........that much of a mark up in cost!!! It is like this company does not understand that we are in a pandemic and that money for so many people is really really tight!! To gouge customers like that. As I sat in my office crying about the cost I let myself get washed into, after a while I asked Andrew why such a big cost increase on the thermostat. He said he has nothing to do with the pricing of items, which I understood. Andrew was a nice guy and just doing his job. I put this gouging at the feet of the company because right now, people have to decide to either pay a heating/electric/etc. bill or pay a company a massive cost to have a thermostat put in. Andrew did take down some wires that were for a humidifier that was on the old furnace prior to installing the new one and also cleaned some dust and lint from the furnace. Will I call these guys again, only if I know that there is something wrong with the furnace that is under warranty still, other then that, I cannot afford them. They were better when they were Airtech. The C rating I gave it has more to do with how nice Andrew was then the company. For the company itself, I give it an F"
