"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Got an estimate very quickly, great response time, But then the communication was inconsistent and there was confusion about if/when to start. When I called to make sure they were coming, they did not knowfor sure whether they were to do the job, anyway, they came out when originally scheduled and the work accomplished was good (not necessarily excellent but very good).
Their cleanup was virtually non existent, No drop cloth or anything else was used on the floor, they did paper over exposed beams and masked windows and doors.
It took us 4 hours to clean up the floor however (unfinished concrete) and although it was unfinished, the floor still required being clean prior to finishing.
Other thoughts:  while they were here, I asked for estimates from the owner on other aspects of this project and the owner told me they did that type of work (concrete floor) but after asking twice, the owner never gave me an estimate.
In essence while the work they did was acceptable-nearly excellent-with the communication issues and lack of cleanup I am not 100% sure whether I would hire again or not. The one additional thing in their favor is the lack of decent contractors in Salem.

"Contractor was timely responding and fitting our work into their schedule. Workmanship was of moderate quality - large spaces and seams done well, small bathroom and inside corners were less than well done. They were expensive, but my job was on the smaller side (not entire house) and a renovation, so we didn t have another choice within our timeline."

"I bought this on a coupon and when I was ready to set up the appointment, it was difficult to get a call back. When I did reach them, because I had a coupon, they did not want to come out and see the job first to let me know what they could get done in the time I had purchased, and tell me how much paint I needed. I did describe to them over the phone and he estimated the paint need and it worked out pretty close. They arrived within 15 minutes of when they said they would come and were very nice and got right to work after a quick walk through. I am happy with the painting they did, but am still scraping some spatters up off my floor. I think these happened in the end, when they got in a hurry, so they could leave as soon as threir 8 hours were up. I would use them again because the painting quality is good. I think more time might have been taken had I been a full price paying customer, and this was a little disappointing.
