"John did an excellent job of refinishing the hardwood floors in a house I just purchased in Lakewood. They took out the old carpet upstairs which revealed an old Lakewood hardwood floor with some rough spots. After John finished the job you would not be able to tell anything was wrong. I am very satisfied with the end result. John was also very easy to work with - I left a lockbox at the house and had complete peace of mind. "Kevin, their foreman, and his team showed up on time throughout the project. They were able to salvage enough flooring from the first floor to weave and repair the second floor hall. Kevin was so skilled I was unable to tell where the repairs were done. They then refinished thestairs , risers and landing. They began installing the first floor flooring. The flooring was 3/8" tongue and groove red oak flooring with a 2" face which I had custom milled to replicate what was available in the 1921 Sears Kit House that was being worked on. They sanded stained and refinished the new floors creating a custom stain that was compatible with my refinished woodwork. Kevin and his team were here 12 days. They minimized their sanding dust with vacuums and cleaned up after themselves every day before they left. The floors look as if they are in a new house built in 1921 which was my goal. I have new handrails and furnace heat diffusers which look original. I am totally satisfied with the work. I recommend Hazelwood Flooring to anyone who wants a quality professional flooring contractor."

"The sales rep, Eian, did a great job of explaining what Refloor "does". That night, Saturday, we decided to have them replace our carpet. The financing was done that night and the installers, Kevin and Kyle, started Monday. It took three days (leveling the floor took a day and a half by itself). The project manager, Amber, was great at communicating where everything stood on the job. Our new flooring (living room, hallway, and stairs) looks great. Everyone involved made this project easy. We believe that the amazing results are well worth the premium price."

"Free, Emmanuel, and 2 others apart of Free's crew were fantastic. These men work with complete professionalism and do not finish until you are 100% satisfied. They always are friendly and ready to do the work, and do not cut corners. The price was unbelievable, we had our old Lakewood home done (every floor basically) the floor has not been exposed to hardwood in 40 years under carpet. These men made us feel like or home is beautiful again. The only negative thing I would say about this company was the management, Foremen. The foremen Kevin, was very rude when it came to a decision on when we had to pick stain for the wood. Also he never gave us a time on when he would send his crew out so we always had to be home. With both of us having full time jobs it was pretty hard to coordinate. If you can get Jah Life over Kevin as your foremen you will be in good shape."

"Dustin did AMAZING work on a tough job. We pulled 30 year old carpet from a rental property in Lakewood, OH and found1/4 inch oak hardwood underneath. Unfortunately, the previous owner had allowed tenants to have pets and the floor was riddled with pet stains and gouges. Not only did Dustin bring the floors back to a wonderful condition, he took it upon himself to find wood that matched the floor and replaced the areas with pet stain as well. The finished product was amazing and it's hard to believe it's the same space.
