"Janos was amazing! He contacted me immediately to see how he could help and scheduled an appointment quickly to see what I wanted done. He complimented our existing red oak floor and recommended sanding/staining the existing floor. I had a sub-floor in the dining room that was covered in carpet and surrounded by hardwood that I needed fixed with hardwood. He made suggestions on how this area could be fixed. He scheduled time for the work and kept the dates. Janos and his partner arrived on time each day and worked thoroughly. They were very considerate and professional. He did a wonderful job on the dining room area that I was so concerned about by framing around the area in way that makes the floor look seamless. The work he did in that room was truly artistic and displayed amazing craftsmanship. The feel and look of the flooring is better than I expected. The sanding made the floors look and feel brand new. "Kevin, their foreman, and his team showed up on time throughout the project. They were able to salvage enough flooring from the first floor to weave and repair the second floor hall. Kevin was so skilled I was unable to tell where the repairs were done. They then refinished thestairs , risers and landing. They began installing the first floor flooring. The flooring was 3/8" tongue and groove red oak flooring with a 2" face which I had custom milled to replicate what was available in the 1921 Sears Kit House that was being worked on. They sanded stained and refinished the new floors creating a custom stain that was compatible with my refinished woodwork. Kevin and his team were here 12 days. They minimized their sanding dust with vacuums and cleaned up after themselves every day before they left. The floors look as if they are in a new house built in 1921 which was my goal. I have new handrails and furnace heat diffusers which look original. I am totally satisfied with the work. I recommend Hazelwood Flooring to anyone who wants a quality professional flooring contractor."

"The sales rep, Eian, did a great job of explaining what Refloor "does". That night, Saturday, we decided to have them replace our carpet. The financing was done that night and the installers, Kevin and Kyle, started Monday. It took three days (leveling the floor took a day and a half by itself). The project manager, Amber, was great at communicating where everything stood on the job. Our new flooring (living room, hallway, and stairs) looks great. Everyone involved made this project easy. We believe that the amazing results are well worth the premium price."
