They came ready to work after an over-the-phone estimate. After a survey of the complexity or work the price was re-negotiated. They were willing work with me and told me exactly the work needed to be done (re-stretching and cleaning). They arrived on time as promised and went to work on my carpet. The top floor rooms were a bit challenging but they were able to get it looking good. My carpets look good as new. I like James' mantra "we want to make a living not a killing". "I have no idea if the charge was reasonable, and thought it a bit high; but it is what it is and we're glad the work is done. The tech seemed knowledgeable and efficient. I would have preferred to use a credit card, and to have been given a receipt. The techs asked to reschedule this job due to a difficulty at their end, I was agreeable tho it meant we were dislocated for a couple more days. The work seems to have been done well and I appreciate that, and that's the bottom line I guess."
