"The crew was prompt and professional, and crew leader Jesus answered questions quickly. Our house originally was carpeted throughout and when we pulled it up, we discovered several stains left by the previous owner's dog. We knew some of the stains were so heavy there was a chance they couldn't be sanded all the way out and that some boards would have to be replaced. As it turns out, the crew only needed to replace 3 boards (we were expecting more). They even finished the whole job in less time than originally planned for. We could not be happier with the way our floors turned out - they are absolutely beautiful. We would hire Functional Floors again in a heartbeat and 100% recommend them to anyone needing their floors refinished."

"Ken Dobson, owner of D & L Flooring is one of the most professional people in this business. He is prompt, courteous and listens to expectations. Well, Ken exceeded my expectations. He is a perfectionist, and gifted person with the ability to fix any bad flooring issues. Ken installed all new vinyl flooring throughout my home. He always kept things cleaned up as he went along. Ken had a young man named Anthony that was just as kind and that was respectful to my furniture and property. Both men were prompt, respectful and trustworthy. "From the beginning Jacob was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They came in and removed all carpet and installed wood flooring. The finished work is fantastic and I cannot be more pleased. The guidance both in the areas of selection, installation and finishing was excellent.
