"I highly recommend Right Step Flooring, LLC. they repaired and refinished the hardwood floors in my home from the front door to the sliding glass door at the rear of the house. Everything was done on schedule and to perfection."

"My carpet literally grew about six inches. Jeff was very honest with us when he showed the condition of the padding and flooring (tile) underneath.. We ended up getting the carpet totally replaced and are very happy with the result."

"If looking for wood flooring done, Franks Flooring was Super! Very professional, when we called, Frank came out within thirty minutes, measured room, gave us a quote answered any questions we had. Frank walked us through exactly what to expect from the time carpet was pulled up to wood floor being ordered, delivered and the floor installed. Frank also made sure we were pleased with every aspect of the job. All this being said we gave him a A+ rating! Thank you Frank and Crew!"

"We could not be more happy with the carpet put in. The men came and worked non-stop until everything was completed. Good job."

"By the time we realized our cat was urinating on the dining room oriental rug, he had been doing it for so long, that the hardwood floor underneath was ruined.  We just knew there was no hope for the oriental rug.  We were sick as it coordinated with the living rug.  Don cleaned the living room rug in the house and took the dining rug to his plant.  He did many cleanings on it and was actually able to save it.  The dyes (it had burgundy and blues in it) did not bleed and the smell was gone.  We were elated with the results and are forever thankful to Don for all his patience in restoring our rug.
He has done a great job on all services provided and would highly recommend On the Spot.

"What a beautiful job! I already had the flooring which the installers laid perfectly. No mars or scratches. The installers were very polite and paid attention to detail. Thank you Footprint Floors!"

"I would use Jean and his team again in a minute. They were very professional and very good at what they do. We had a large carpeted area torn up and new wood floors installed. Then we had all the wood floors on the entire ground floor of our home redone - what a messy job! But Jean and his team did their best to keep the dust to a minimum. Jean was the only flooring contractor who said he was able to blend the new floor with the existing so you would not know old from new - again, excellent job, looks great!"

"I enjoyed working with them as they were very friendly and informative. They did a good job at stretching the carpet but the cleaning part could have been done better. ( I think they had a malfunction in the cleaning machine."

"They didn't vacuum when they fixed the carpet."
