"Pete is great and his team did a wonderful job. I am thrilled with my new floors. They removed old carpeting, threaded new floors in with old floors, sanded whole house and finished the floors. Pete explained the entire process and sent me pictures along the way. His estimate was the best of four that I received. He saved me money and did a super job. It was a great contractor experience. I will definitely use them for my next home, and I highly recommend them."

"The tear in the carpet was repairable and looks better than it did. The carpet is old so the seam will be seen but overall good job."

"My connection to Frank's Flooring was made thru Angi's List. He promptly called, made an appointment, showed up early, and provided us a quote with timelines and recommendations to refinish our hardwood floors. The floors showed significant damage from years of carpet and foam. He was able to amazingly bring them back to life. Once we selected him for the job, he started the next day and worked diligently every day until the job was completed. His detail to his profession was outstanding including his preparation and clean-up. We are very happy with the finished product."

"We could not be more happy with the carpet put in. The men came and worked non-stop until everything was completed. Good job."

"They found my floors to be too wet to install the flooring when they gave me an estimate.  They had a second employee stop by with another meter to double check the wetness of the floors.  Then they were kind enough to leave a Driez electronic moisture counter with me to show the company who dried the floors that they were still damp.  They left the mositure meter with me for several weeks until the wetness issue was resolved to my satisfaction.  Their knowledge and customer service spoke volumes about their company.  They went above and beyond to help me out with a very stressful situation.

"We had big problems with the first laminate floor that was put down. According to the manufacturer's rep, it was installed improperly. A year later, Jean installed another floor that has held up well, so even though there were problems, he made good on them. I think their specialty is more in the area of solid wood floors."

"I enjoyed working with them as they were very friendly and informative. They did a good job at stretching the carpet but the cleaning part could have been done better. ( I think they had a malfunction in the cleaning machine."

"Wonderful to work with! They were on time, got right down to work and were very pleasurable. They did a good job and we are pleased withe the results of the cleaning and stretching they did on our carpets."

"Very professional and courteous. Knew what they were doing and explain each stop through the installation of my front storm door. Did additional front gutter work. Would hire these guys again, not pricey, well worth what they charged. Saved my a lot of money."
