"Jon discussed our project, products he uses, his process, and that he would leave my home clean every night and amazing floors when he was done. I felt very comfortable believing that is what he would do. Jon (and his wife) and Drew blew me away. First the came in and sanded an area and put several color samples so we could see exactly what it would like on OUR wood in OUR house. They worked long hours, spending extra time every night cleaning up. We ended up replacing carpet with hardwood in both our dining room in addition to refinishing the kitchen and living room area. Most impressive of all is that we did a herringbone pattern in our dining room. Every time I see it, I smile. Our whole family absolutely loved working with them even more than we love our floors. Believe me, we LOVE our floors. Their attention to detail, work ethic, clean work, and final product have been absolutely amazing."

"Perfect Service, on time, well mannered guys. No fuss no muss, I showed them what needed done, they did it. Simple quick service. Dried fast even in the wet weather. Read a review from a gal that complained about the snow tracked in. They did their best here to keep it out, and mopped my floors when they got done. It's snowy out come on. Excellent experience."

"I had new flooring, cabinets, countertops, sink, tile backsplash and a wall torn down. It all looks really great!"

"The man who came, cleaned out the back of the refrigerator. He was even kind enough to let me clean the floor when he moved the refrigerator out. When he got done, my refrigerator purred. He was wonderful. I also liked the fact that I sent in my request online on a Sunday and my refrigerator was fixed before noon on Monday. My first call with this company and I am very very pleased."

"Got an estimate very quickly, great response time, But then the communication was inconsistent and there was confusion about if/when to start. When I called to make sure they were coming, they did not knowfor sure whether they were to do the job, anyway, they came out when originally scheduled and the work accomplished was good (not necessarily excellent but very good).
Their cleanup was virtually non existent, No drop cloth or anything else was used on the floor, they did paper over exposed beams and masked windows and doors.
It took us 4 hours to clean up the floor however (unfinished concrete) and although it was unfinished, the floor still required being clean prior to finishing.
Other thoughts:  while they were here, I asked for estimates from the owner on other aspects of this project and the owner told me they did that type of work (concrete floor) but after asking twice, the owner never gave me an estimate.
In essence while the work they did was acceptable-nearly excellent-with the communication issues and lack of cleanup I am not 100% sure whether I would hire again or not. The one additional thing in their favor is the lack of decent contractors in Salem.
