"We highly recommend Illi Hardwood Flooring for both Hardwood floors and for Finished Carpentry. Our initial agreement was to remove carpet and install hardwood floors in our second story. A part of that agreement included removing carpet and refinishing the stairway from first to second. When the carpet was removed, we were surprised, the stairs needed to be totally rebuilt. David kept us informed promptly when unexpected challenges arose with the stairs, listened to our preferences, presented alternatives and estimates, completed the work in time for the next contractor on our project, and made sure we were happy with the result. The floors are beautiful and the stairway is a work of art! We will be hiring Illi Hardwood Flooring for any future floor and carpentry projects that arise!"

"JB was great to work with. We would highly recommend him for having your floors refinished. He answered our questions, he came and did a small section of our floor so we could decide on the final finish look. Our floors look great!"

"We called John Nash around 9 am, and he arrived at our house about 3 hours later. He explained that our carpet was delaminating, so he needed to stretch it with the tools he had in his van. We had a carpet bubbling problem, and he fixed that, too. He was here on time, diagnosed and fixed our carpet problem in about an hour. We’ll definitely use him again."

"Filipp and his crew were very supportive. Initially, when other contractors didn’t think the flooring could be done as requested, or with weeks delay, and not letting me source the material, Filipp came in right away, gave the estimate and was ready to work. They removed all carpeting and installed bamboo flooring throughout the house, including stair cases. The install went well, finishing on time, despite some logistic and install challenges."

"Metro Floors gave me the lowest bid for the work I needed done on a rental property of mine. I needed the carpet removed and laminate flooring put in to match some other laminate flooring in the house. Victor was very responsive and worked with both myself and the renter to find the right flooring and to arrange agreeable times for the work to be done. When it was completed, he promptly sent me pictures via text and it looked great. They really matched the previous flooring well. Couldn't have gone more smoothly. Thank you to Victor and his crew!"

"This company was super professional, worked well with hiccups and was willing to help make creative solutions. There was a small issue and they corrected it without hesitation and urgency! If I was staying in Minnesota I would hire this company again in a heart beat to refloor/carpet my new house!"

"We are extremely pleased with our remodeled bathroom! Brian also installed LVP flooring throughout the main level of our home, & it looks amazing! He did an excellent job of communicating, which is very important to us. This was true when he scheduled a plumber & electrician for the bathroom, as well. Ours was a complete bathroom remodel & Brian paid attention to all of the details —flooring, shower, soaking tub, vanity, mirror & lighting. If there were unanticipated decisions to be made, he always asked us before moving forward. We encountered several setbacks for materials that were NO fault of Brian’s, which delayed the completion of the bathroom, but he continued to maintain his high standard of skills & workmanship. We appreciated his work ethic, & the beauty of the new bathroom & flooring are worth the wait! Great conversational skills & sense of humor were also true of Brian & his assistant, Jacob, which added to this positive experience. Highly recommend this contractor!"

"Pro was completely efficient, attention to detail &wanted to do the job right. Was masterful when working with tools with safety in mind. Was not content until the product was right and beautiful. I would recommend him for any floor laying project. Hands down."

"My first review would not take any of my photos. They did a great job. Super fast... done in 8 hours 2 bedrooms hallway and landing on 2nd floor"
