"He was very professional and does excellent work. I had a floor repair and before I could go and pick up supplies for the repair they had already repaired the floor before I returned. They removed the old carpet, repaired the floor, moved the furniture, installed new carpet and cleaned up before moving on to the next room. When I saw them vacuuming the first room before starting on the second room I knew I would forever use this company for all future carpet installations. The added plus was that they were inexpensive too! Thanks again"

They took out the old carpet upstairs which revealed an old Lakewood hardwood floor with some rough spots. After John finished the job you would not be able to tell anything was wrong. I am very satisfied with the end result. John was also very easy to work with - I left a lockbox at the house and had complete peace of mind. "The sales rep, Eian, did a great job of explaining what Refloor "does". That night, Saturday, we decided to have them replace our carpet. The financing was done that night and the installers, Kevin and Kyle, started Monday. It took three days (leveling the floor took a day and a half by itself). The project manager, Amber, was great at communicating where everything stood on the job. Our new flooring (living room, hallway, and stairs) looks great. Everyone involved made this project easy. We believe that the amazing results are well worth the premium price."

"Free, Emmanuel, and 2 others apart of Free's crew were fantastic. These men work with complete professionalism and do not finish until you are 100% satisfied. They always are friendly and ready to do the work, and do not cut corners. The price was unbelievable, we had our old Lakewood home done (every floor basically) the floor has not been exposed to hardwood in 40 years under carpet. These men made us feel like or home is beautiful again. The only negative thing I would say about this company was the management, Foremen. The foremen Kevin, was very rude when it came to a decision on when we had to pick stain for the wood. Also he never gave us a time on when he would send his crew out so we always had to be home. With both of us having full time jobs it was pretty hard to coordinate. If you can get Jah Life over Kevin as your foremen you will be in good shape."

"Robert, finished our floors in sections as we moved furniture between sections. The last section Robert made a mistake and thought he was using satin but it was semi gloss. I paid Robert in full that day as the poly was still drying and none of us realized it was semi gloss. We left for the weekend to stay off the floors. When we came back we realized something was wrong. We contacted Robert, he came back out and was very sorry about the mistake and went above and beyond to fix it right then and there and actually stayed until the poly fully dried to make sure we were satisfied. "Dustin did AMAZING work on a tough job. We pulled 30 year old carpet from a rental property in Lakewood, OH and found1/4 inch oak hardwood underneath. Unfortunately, the previous owner had allowed tenants to have pets and the floor was riddled with pet stains and gouges. Not only did Dustin bring the floors back to a wonderful condition, he took it upon himself to find wood that matched the floor and replaced the areas with pet stain as well. The finished product was amazing and it's hard to believe it's the same space. He was punctual and communicative through the entire process and I HIGHLY recommend him for any of your hardwood refinish needs!"
