"Our 7 yr. old carpeting needed to be re stretched. I Googled and found '616', as it's close to us. Very personable and professional. Very thorough. They explained the process well. We had them clean the carpeting as well. My husband and I are beyond happy with the re stretching job. The huge ripples are gone. The carpet looks as good as new now, thanks to them. We are VERY satisfied. Thank you '616'!! You saved the day! Diane C. Brooklyn, OH"

"Very professional, took his time and did a great job. Fixed my carpet issue and will be calling him in the future. Has my recommendation."

"When I tell you these guys are pros, they are pros. I love having referrals instead of big companies and Sandman was one of the best referrals we've ever had. They have done two of our floors and both look amazing. The first floor was a re-finish of an existing floor and the other was tearing out the entire floor and starting from the floorboards. Their process is fantastic and they usually finish one floor in about 4 days. They are also great at communication and John let's you know where you are at in the process at all times. If you want your hardwood floor done right, this is the company you want to do it. If we ever need our floors done again, I will be calling them out. On top of their great work, they are extremely nice, polite, and they will let you know when they need something. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

"To be honest, I was afraid the appointment made with Herman, the best flooring specialist ever, was going to be a waste of his time. My dream project was to replace worn carpet on the stairway, hallway, and three bedrooms upstairs. I wanted something easy to clean, durable and of course beautiful for the entire upstairs area and thanks to REFLOOR and Herman my dream is now an amazing reality! The price for everything was shocking (in a good way). It wasn’t just the price that was impressive. Herman educated me on the different kinds of flooring and what they are best suited for. He also informed me about the company itself, and I learned about the integrity and awesome reputation that REFLOOR comes with. I loved his professional and sincere way of explaining EVERYTHING. I do not have the floor installed yet, but I feel perfect peace and joy about the decision I made today because of company values that I believe sets them apart. Thank you Herman and REFLOOR!"

"Kevin, their foreman, and his team showed up on time throughout the project. They were able to salvage enough flooring from the first floor to weave and repair the second floor hall. Kevin was so skilled I was unable to tell where the repairs were done. They then refinished thestairs , risers and landing. They began installing the first floor flooring. The flooring was 3/8" tongue and groove red oak flooring with a 2" face which I had custom milled to replicate what was available in the 1921 Sears Kit House that was being worked on. They sanded stained and refinished the new floors creating a custom stain that was compatible with my refinished woodwork. Kevin and his team were here 12 days. They minimized their sanding dust with vacuums and cleaned up after themselves every day before they left. The floors look as if they are in a new house built in 1921 which was my goal. I have new handrails and furnace heat diffusers which look original. I am totally satisfied with the work. I recommend Hazelwood Flooring to anyone who wants a quality professional flooring contractor."

"The customer service was great like last time. The guy came on time and he was very professional. They put new flooring in my kitchen and did such a wonderful job I called them back for my carpet and I will be using them again. Thanks guys."

"We were absolutely taken back by Andrewâ s work and service. Our floors look and feel incredible. We will be referring Andrew to our friends who need floor refinishing as well.."

"Robert, finished our floors in sections as we moved furniture between sections. The last section Robert made a mistake and thought he was using satin but it was semi gloss. I paid Robert in full that day as the poly was still drying and none of us realized it was semi gloss. We left for the weekend to stay off the floors. When we came back we realized something was wrong. We contacted Robert, he came back out and was very sorry about the mistake and went above and beyond to fix it right then and there and actually stayed until the poly fully dried to make sure we were satisfied. I can’t recommend Robert enough. He takes pride in his work, works very hard and made sure we were 100% satisfied. You won’t be disappointed having him refinish your floors."

"Great work for a great price! Floor looks fantastic, went with his suggestion about laying the floor in a different way and Iâ  m enthusiastic with the results. Professional manner of Dom and he had great communication."
