"Marlin and Majestic carpet were great. They responded very quickly on Angi and had an amazing set of reviews now I know why. If you really want your carpet repaired properly this is the guy. He is CFI certified and he and Pam came in and were amazing. He pointed out one closet floor that was not originally discussed in the quote and he said he just had to fix it and he did at no additional charge. Now that is someone that loves his work. There were some imperfections on the stairs as well and he also fixed these. Great to see someone that loves his job..follows up on his work and goes above and beyond."

"They did a good job and the bathroom turned out really nice. John Reynolds was a very good craftsman who did most of the work except the shower tile. They charged a reasonable price for doing the work and did it fairly quickly. The only issues I had were with some shortage of communication. Allen asked me to pick out a grout color which I did and emailed to him. A day or so later the tile guy was texting me asking what the grout color was. In the end it appears they actually used a little bit darker grout than what I said. The tile looks good though so its not a huge deal. There was also calls to me about getting access to the place even though they already had a key to access it. One of the things on the proposal was to try blending the drywall texture in some areas that had items removed during demo. This info was not conveyed to John R., so it was something that had to be done at the last minute. They were also replacing a light fixture, but they didn't ask if I wanted to have the outline of the old fixture blended/textured on the drywall. I didn't want to wait anymore days for them to come back so I did it myself. It would be nice to have been made aware they would saw things in the living room, so I could at least cover up the TV equipment to protect it from dust. Also the tile guy seemed to only have one drop cloth to protect the wood floors, which maybe covered half the distance of pathway that had a lot of traffic. So I bought some of my own to get some proper protection on the floors. If you are going to be watching them the whole time you are working then it would cut down on some of these communication items, but I was not able to be there all the time. In the end though I am happy with my bathroom remodel."
