They took out the old carpet upstairs which revealed an old Lakewood hardwood floor with some rough spots. After John finished the job you would not be able to tell anything was wrong. I am very satisfied with the end result. John was also very easy to work with - I left a lockbox at the house and had complete peace of mind. "We were tired of our old carpets that were all through our house including the stairs. Refloor removed all the carpets and installed LVP flooring throughout the house. The whole crew of installers were great; accommodating us while they moved our furniture, installed the flooring, and cleaning up afterwards. "Free, Emmanuel, and 2 others apart of Free's crew were fantastic. These men work with complete professionalism and do not finish until you are 100% satisfied. They always are friendly and ready to do the work, and do not cut corners. The price was unbelievable, we had our old Lakewood home done (every floor basically) the floor has not been exposed to hardwood in 40 years under carpet. These men made us feel like or home is beautiful again. The only negative thing I would say about this company was the management, Foremen. The foremen Kevin, was very rude when it came to a decision on when we had to pick stain for the wood. Also he never gave us a time on when he would send his crew out so we always had to be home. With both of us having full time jobs it was pretty hard to coordinate. If you can get Jah Life over Kevin as your foremen you will be in good shape."

"Robert, finished our floors in sections as we moved furniture between sections. The last section Robert made a mistake and thought he was using satin but it was semi gloss. I paid Robert in full that day as the poly was still drying and none of us realized it was semi gloss. We left for the weekend to stay off the floors. When we came back we realized something was wrong. We contacted Robert, he came back out and was very sorry about the mistake and went above and beyond to fix it right then and there and actually stayed until the poly fully dried to make sure we were satisfied. I can’t recommend Robert enough. He takes pride in his work, works very hard and made sure we were 100% satisfied. You won’t be disappointed having him refinish your floors."
