After the inspection I get a call telling me about their findings, but was told they did not test the upstairs of the house because that would be another $200. I was never told $200 was only for one floor and they never asked me anything about the house with the exception of the address and how to get into the home for testing. I could not say much at that point because my inspection period was ending on the house I was trying to purchase. Not a great experience on my end."
