"My carpet literally grew about six inches. Jeff was very honest with us when he showed the condition of the padding and flooring (tile) underneath.. We ended up getting the carpet totally replaced and are very happy with the result."

"If looking for wood flooring done, Franks Flooring was Super! Very professional, when we called, Frank came out within thirty minutes, measured room, gave us a quote answered any questions we had. Frank walked us through exactly what to expect from the time carpet was pulled up to wood floor being ordered, delivered and the floor installed. Frank also made sure we were pleased with every aspect of the job. All this being said we gave him a A+ rating! Thank you Frank and Crew!"

"We could not be more happy with the carpet put in. The men came and worked non-stop until everything was completed. Good job."

"Very good service overall. Prompt, attentive, good quality carpet installation. Only fault was some installers not always good about mask use as a COVID precaution"

"I enjoyed working with them as they were very friendly and informative. They did a good job at stretching the carpet but the cleaning part could have been done better. ( I think they had a malfunction in the cleaning machine."

"They didn't vacuum when they fixed the carpet."

"Hired this company in 2020 to replace carpet with hardwood in my master bedroom, hallway and bonus room. Had them return recently to do the remaining 3 bedrooms of our second floor. The did wonderful work both times. Fast, neat, very reasonably priced. I’m having them come back and convert our back staircase not hardwood. Very highly recommended"

"AAA Carpets did an excellent job re-stretching and cleaning my carpets on two floors. I am happy with their professionalism and the pricing is comparable to other carpet companies. They came ready to work after an over-the-phone estimate. After a survey of the complexity or work the price was re-negotiated. They were willing work with me and told me exactly the work needed to be done (re-stretching and cleaning). They arrived on time as promised and went to work on my carpet. The top floor rooms were a bit challenging but they were able to get it looking good. My carpets look good as new. I like James' mantra "we want to make a living not a killing". Big Kudo to James and his team for a job well done."

"Repaired sub-floors, stretched and cleaned carpets."
