"Basement Gurus arrived to discuss our basement water issue. Dan patiently went over everything and listened to our concerns and answered our questions. He prepared a proposal to remove 4' of our patio and dig down to the foundation to waterproof the wall and fill the cracks from outside. He also suggested burying a downspout and pipe leading water away from the house and sealing the wall cracks on the inside basement wall. The team arrived as scheduled and worked incredibly hard for several hours a day. They were impressive in the system they followed and how much work they performed each day and were respectful of us and our property. By the end of the job everything was back in place. We wish the expense wasn't necessary, but felt the price was worth it due to the difficulty, the amount, and the quality of the work. We highly recommend Basement Gurus!!"

He walked me through the repairs I needed, educated me on the process and was able to schedule the repairs quickly. On the scheduled day for the repairs, the team (Carlos, Alex and Derek) arrived on time. They were very professional and worked quickly. They had to dig up my front and side yard to get to the repairs. After the job was completed (only took 1 day) you cannot tell they were there! They did such a great job on putting everything back in the correct place (including bushes, landscaping lights and mulch) it looks like nothing was done. Remaining lower track of grass removed replaced with sod Installed landscaping ties as border between rocks and sod. Suggested install of 3 arbivitae for privacy.
