I would suggest a contract be drawn up to clearly lay out the total job and leave out any questions."

He then corrected the cartridge in the shower where the hot and cold water was reversed by an incorrectly placed cartridge.

I was impressed with his knowledge and professional demeanor along with his partner, John. Although I couldn't fix these items myself I appreciate his explanation of each project and prompt service.

I have one more project of a non emergency matter that I will schedule to have done with Patrick in the near future. This experience was so positive that I will have McDonagh on my speed dial for future plumbing jobs.
