"We are really pleased with our new patio. It is exactly what we wanted! We were impressed with how efficient the Hardline team was in completing the work that was done. We also appreciated John's advice in helping us decide what would work best for our space. We can't wait to work with them again!"

"These guys are professional, courteous and quick. I had a small sidewalk section to lift in order to change the rainwater flow. Not only did they fix that but they went above and beyond to lift the step into my garage just because it needed it. These guys are too notch. Highly recommend them."

"The foreman went through everything step by step. Everything was cleaned up very well before they left. They were very polite and easy to talk to. Answered all of my concerns. Would highly recommend them."

"On July 1st (2021), Mel and Stephan from Innovative Basement Authority dug a 30'x18" trench by hand to bury our sump pump discharge pipe. They installed a freeze valve, 30' of 5" PVC, and a discharge grate, exactly where we asked to place it. They had to dig right next to the garage foundation, so this was no easy feat. They also made short work of removing a 4'x4' concrete pad for us. The guys were very courteous, punctual, and seriously hard-working. They did an exceptional job, and in just half a day, I was able to check 1 more item off my honey-do list! We are hoping to hire Innovative Basement Authority for some garage floor concrete work in the near future. Thanks IBA! Brian & Terri MacDonald"

"Scheduling on the front end was fantastic. Communication due to rain delays was wonderful. Team came out extremely early the next day to complete as soon as they could. Nice job trimming the edges, repairing cracks and cleaning up. Looks great."

"They explained everything very well, and they fixed the foundation without ripping out my front porch. They have awesome payment plans as well!"

"They did a great job doing our vinyl basement."

"Professional technician. Fix our issue and recommend something truly needed."

"They repaired cracks in stucco and re-built area in stucco that had fallen off house. We hired him again to paint the stucco and house looks like new. Andre is a great communicator, very involved & supervises his team. He has a great work ethic and believes in providing a quality product. He worked hard to make sure we were happy with the end result! We would highly recommend him!"

"Excellent experience - Rob is very professional, very responsive. After I had the floor system installed I had a window well leak. His foreman came to my house in the evening to see the water as it was raining, which I was very impressed with. Worked quickly and professionally.
