"I had a wet basement that had been a problem in my home for years before purchase of my home. The placement of a Sump pump and floor drain tile appears to stop wet foundation walls and floor. The basement now has potential to be nice area of use and living for years ahead. The service is a expensive purchase for homeowner but it is a needed purchase for my home. The finishing job leaves the need with more work if your basement floor was rough from the years of water damage. They did stop any future water damage for my home and it is safe to spend more for more fine finishing. They completed what was contracted."

Ian Rude came out and went over the process of repairing my foundation and insulating my crawl space. He was able to get me on the schedule the next week. They were both very friendly and made, what could be a very stressful situation, less stressful."

He gave me a call to setup some time for an estimate, and we discussed plans that included both cost and design. In the end we decided we didn't really need a new step, but Tony still designed it so that our crumbling step was taken up by the sidewalk so it looks really sharp.
They were prompt on the day they said they were going to do the work, and everything looks great! He even took the time to fill a crack we had between our door and steps.

"Our project was actually a crawlspace encapsulation. We have a lake cabin that was built in the 1960's. It had a dirt floor in the crawlspace with bare block masonry foundation walls. It also had old, damp batt insulation that was falling down from the joist spaces. American Waterworks came in, removed the old insulation (a nasty job!), laid down a 2 layer moisture barrier system and spray foamed the foundation walls and rim joist area. I can't believe what a difference this has made to our air quality, much warmer floors. We used to have to wipe down the windows every morning during the winter because of condensation. Not any more! I would highly recommend this company if you have the same needs!!"

"Travis has an amazing work ethic and impeccable attention to detail. When we approached him about removing our underground bomb shelter, he was up front about it being his first time removing one. However, he has experience removing pools so he could directly transfer that knowledge and experience. We were very concerned about potential damage to our home foundation and he took that into account. He was very involved in the planning and design of the project making us feel important and empowered. He even corresponded with us remotely while we were out on vacation to finalize the design of the concrete sidewalk layout and plan sending us pictures realtime. He let us make the decisions that mattered to us and simply executed the work without complaining. I would definitely hire Travis and Trinity to do any concrete and excavation work for us again."

"I think they are wonderful. They are fast and the quality of work is great! I would definitely hire them again a recommend them to other. My only complaint was that I'm experiencing some heaving on the paved walkway. It started about 6 months after the install, but I have not yet contacted Better Yards to see about a repair. I'm sure they will be able to help me, since they were so nice during the install. If you hire these folks, you will NOT be disappointed."
