He gave us a quote and said one of his guys would be out in the next couple of days to repair the cracked foundation. Two days later I returned home from work and the foundation where the cracks had been were filled in and it looks great! This fixed two problems we were having, mice and a cracked foundation. "Getting the news that your foundation needs repair is never the news you want. I was impressed from start to finish with Innovative Basement Authority. Ian Rude came out and went over the process of repairing my foundation and insulating my crawl space. He was able to get me on the schedule the next week. Will and Orian showed up for my appointment on time and was able to complete the work in one day! They explained what they were doing and the products they were using and why. They were both very friendly and made, what could be a very stressful situation, less stressful."

"Contacted Tony in the middle of September and he came within the next few days to look at the work we needed done. 
He discussed the work they would have to do and when (approximately) they would be able to do it.  Since weather
is a major concern for concrete work, Tony assured us they would only do the work if the weather was perfect.  And
so it was about 5 weeks later. 
The first day they were here about 7-8 hours and worked non-stop.  Again the second day they came early in the morning
and weren't sure how long they could work since the weather was a little "iffy".  They ended up working the whole day
again and returned off and on the next few days to add the finishing touches.

"Our project was actually a crawlspace encapsulation. We have a lake cabin that was built in the 1960's. It had a dirt floor in the crawlspace with bare block masonry foundation walls. It also had old, damp batt insulation that was falling down from the joist spaces. American Waterworks came in, removed the old insulation (a nasty job!), laid down a 2 layer moisture barrier system and spray foamed the foundation walls and rim joist area. I can't believe what a difference this has made to our air quality, much warmer floors. We used to have to wipe down the windows every morning during the winter because of condensation. Not any more! I would highly recommend this company if you have the same needs!!"

"Travis and his team were TOP NOTCH and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for concrete work or excavating. When we first met with him in the early spring of 2018 we told him we weren't in any rush and that we just needed to have the steps replaced by late October. We were pleasantly surprised when he called us in early August and said he'd be able to get to us in early September 2018. Within two days our cracked and crumbing steps were gone and replaced with new concrete that looked amazing thanks to Travis and his team. He and his entire crew were a pleasure to work with and we could not be happier with the final results of their work. It also should be said that Travis is a very cool guy that keeps things direct and simple - he's a real joy to work with from start to finish."
