He, as a Certified Field Inspector, went over the whole house with me, explaining why the walls were cracking, and what should be done to alleviate the problem. Howard explained what JES Foundation would do, approximately how long it would take, and provided a quotation for the repairs. Besides raising the problem walls and ensuring they would be structural sound and guaranteed to stay that way for the remaining life of the house, he also advised me of how JES would repair minor cracks in the remaining building as well as having s sump pump installed to wick away any ground water from damaging any other parts of the structure. Mr. Glancy was very courteous; knowledgeable of his profession; and walked us through any questions we might have had concerning the processes. Due to the permit process taking so long, the work on the house won't start for a few months, and if Mr. Glancy is any indication of the professionalism of the rest of the JES Foundation personnel, I'm confident that the work will be done properly, in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction."

"We called for an appointment to discuss remedition for our basement walls. The walls had cracks where water was leaking in.  A company representative came to our house at 8pm on a weeknight to discuss repair options. He discussed all available options as well as pricing and longevity pertaining to each option. After deciding on an option, we set up an appointment for the repair work.  Four workers and one inspector came to our house to do the repair. They were mindful of our off white carpets and put floor coverings down for protection. While they were driling the cement in the basement and sealing the walls, they kept us informed on how the process was going and all the next steps needed. 4. Inside work was always minimally invasive using tarps and soft shoes rather than work boots.  Outside and inside cleanup at the end of each work day was respectfully performed leaving no mess.
