We needed new sump pump and drainage and 1 wall crack addressed. From the estimate to job completion AA Action Waterproofing was thorough at explaining our issue, the cause, and answered any questions we had. The team was punctual, clean, and did not remove anything other than what was needed (flooring, drywall, etc.). They also did a walk through with us and explained all the work done before they left! Since the work was done, it has rained, and our basement is dry! For the cost, it was great value for the quality of work. Highly recommended!"

He was so helpful with our family home landscaping (where no one presently lives) to cleanup and weed and mulch and fill in what we thought was a medium sized sinkhole. He found a much larger issue and was able to completely and professionally fix the problem. He not only texted me but did FaceTime to show me the problems and gave me a complete list of steps and charges. He also took photos step by step to show exactly what was done. He also provided a detailed receipt which I needed since the house is on the market to be sold. I HIGHLY recommend this company. "All Aspects Waterproofing installed a French Drain and new sump pump in my basement. The project also required adding a curb to the foundation. From the estimate to project close out, all of the employees were great to deal with - very responsive to emails and calls with questions and pro-actively called me to keep me up to date throughout the process of getting the permits and inspections, coordinating with my plumber who took out and installed new hot water heater, and coordinating with my own schedule. All of the workers who came and did the hard work were great - they worked very clean and went above and beyond helping remove items I needed to have out of the way for their work and left my basement and yard (where they needed to do some of the prep like making concrete) spotless. They were great - responsible, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, reassuring - and I would totally use them again. Also, great value."
