"All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."

"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"My house was built on a hill with no thought into how the yard was going to be used. The severely sloped yard made it nearly impossible for the kids to play outside. I contacted Legendary Landscapes to help me figure out a solution. Chad, the owner, came over for the initial consultation. I expressed my needs and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He proposed a solution for my yard and explained the steps necessary. I thought i was going to need an expensive retaining wall but Chad suggested a lower cost alternative for me using rip rap that i didn't even know was possible. The proposed price was exactly what i was looking for so the work was scheduled for the following week. Chad and his helper showed up on time and performed the work in 95 degree plus weather (kudos to them, too hot for me!). The work was done on time, 2 days as proposed despite the insane heat, with no surprises or issues. I wasn't sure how good the rip rap wall would look but i was pleasantly surprised with the final product. The work done looks great and my yard looks enormous now! I highly recommend this company, they are going on my speed dial as the first and only call for future landscaping projects.

I am a lover of the outdoors, and spending time with the family is of great importance. I contacted Brick Solutions Inc, and the owner Joseph Walls returned my call very promptly. I explained to him what I had in mind, and he listened, when he arrived at my home for a consultation, he had brought photos of his other projects which were very impressive, and the ideas he had to enhance our outdoor living space, were quite creative. "CSI was flexible and was able to schedule a home inspector the day after I got a bid accepted on a house. The inspector, Patrick, showed up on time and the inspection took about 4 hours. Patrick was responsive to any questions I had by email or live during the inspection. My one recommendation is that I requested a pest, mold, radon, and home inspection. It would be a better heads up if they explained that they sometimes outsource the radon inspection depending on availability of radon inspectors. Also, they can explain a bit more for new home buyers what is involved with a mold inspection. Patrick ended up just eyeing whether he spotted any mold. Because he did not see any mold, we did not have to pay extra for mold samples."
