"Great experience-start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about working with this company. Russell made sure I understand exactly what was happening with our foundation, exactly what him and his crew were going to do, and how much it would cost. Zero pressure to hire them - just an explanation of what was happening and how it could be fixed. Sometimes construction was delayed, we started much later than I had planned…and it took longer than expected - BUT I would hire them 100x over. There is no other company I would trust with my foundation. Period. His crew worked in the pouring rain, cleaned up at the end of the day - (meaning they swept the street in front of my house) and protected my grass during construction. I would challenge ANYone to come over and guess where they dug. (8ft+trench) The crew even preserved some trinkets for my girls when they dug in their fairy garden♥️. I’m so impressed with this company and though it was the most $$ I’ve spent ever on a home - I’m so so glad we hired them - and I am so grateful that we met him. Btw - he was there often to inspect the work and explain where they were in the process, what they had done, and why they’re doing it. "They installed a heavy duty sump with battery back-up, drainage around perimeter and center of basement and a dry well in back yard. They also patched cracks in floor. When they were done, they cleaned up everything, and the place was immaculate. I thoroughly recommend them!"

"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

"Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. Would highly recommend Stay Dry to others for work to repair foundation cracks and rod hole leaks."
