"Great! The inspector who came for the free estimate was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He was the first of three I got. The project was the same for all estimates... the entire basement perimeter with a waterproofing system and a sump pump system. He didn't try to "sell" me MANY other unnecessary products like one of the companies. He explained what and why everything was for. He followed up a day later and I called back to schedule the work a week later after my last estimate. His was $4900, another was $5500 and one company was $8200! The crew arrived at 8:30am on a Friday morning and worked hard all day. They sent "extra guys" to finish in one day, I really liked that part. The guys worked hard and cleaned up great. I asked them about hauling away a few extra things of mine and they did. They put a waterproofing system in 3/4 of my basement and a sealed sump system that is quiet and working great! I have not had any water all summer and am very happy! Although the job itself was somewhat messy, they cleaned up very well and made sure I was happy and satisfied before they left.
