"LRE Ground Services had exceeded my expectations and I couldn't have been happier with their professionalism.  Our house is a small rental since we live in Houston now; however we lived in this small 650 sqft bungalow for three years before the move to Texas. 
The previous owner had made some foundation shoring that are holding well; however I thought it might be best to have a professional look since the house since it is a rental.  I contacted another competitor to LRE and I was quoted $35-$40,000 for a new foundation on a small 650sqft bungalow.  In shock I contacted LRE for another quote.  LRE assured me the foundation appeared to be sound and there was no need to disturb the foundation since we've had no indications of cracking or settling. 
LRE was punctual, professional, and I truly feel they are not out to make a quick dollar.   I was very pleased with their help and if I ever decide to do work in the future with the foundation I will surely be in touch with them!

He told me what the company would do and sent a contract to me which I signed. I was given a start date and it never changed. The work that was done by the team that arrived was what he said would happen. How incredibly refreshing that a company actually did what they say they would do in the timeframe that was set. Thank you again. I hope I am never in the position to need this companyâ s services again. ð But, for anyone else out there who is, I donâ t believe you could do much better than Advanced Environmental Services. Five stars are not enough."
