"I contacted Indiana Foundation to check my foundation and crawl space due to a crack in my brick wall. I received a thorough inspection, The rep showed me pictures of the findings and provided an understandable explanation regarding the condition of the foundation and the crawl space. I contracted with Indiana Foundation for push piers to stabilize and raise the foundation. They completed most of the project this week. They we unable to complete one side of the house because the natural gas line is right next to the foundation. When the gas company moves the line the remainder of the project can be competed. I received excellent service by foreman Charles and all the work crew; Daniel, Ryder, Ross, and Pete. They were efficient completing the work. Charles was especially excellent with his communication, keeping me informed during the days of work by the crew."

"Although I did not choose Crossroads Foundation for my project (I did not choose ANY contractor at this time due to return on investment issues) , I found the two gentlemen who arrived to be knowledgeable and honest regarding the cost and involvement in fixing this dilapidated property. "Was able to get quote for replacing a concrete step and walkway based on cell phone photos and a few measurements. Bid came in $500 below the others. Project manager (Chris) keep me in the loop about delays, but the work crew still came in the following Monday and got the job done in one day, and also cleared some brush without extra charge. All exchanges were professional and efficient, brief on words but big on action. Concrete repairs are expensive but I was very happy with the experience and outcome."

"It went very well.  Colin scheduled the estimate (what could be done in 6 hrs.) on a weekend because of the demand from their 'Big Deal' posting.  They arrived to do the work on time, as scheduled.  Worked very hard and cleaned up the area when they were done.   The areas were overgrown with all kinds of 'stuff' and they cleaned it all out well.  Only 'issue' was the removal of two HUGE 'red bush' bushes (small trees).  We ended up moving some of the smaller rooted sections over to where I had hoped to move the two huge bushes.  They cut off the two I wanted to get rid of at ground level and I'll have to spray with brush killer to get rid of them totally.  The roots were just too BIG and DEEP.  Overall it really went super well and I'm very happy with the results!

"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."
