"i’ve used direct plumbing about 4 times now from hot water heater repair, toilet fix, shower plumbing issues and more, this time they went above and beyond to make sure i had hot water, when you adore a company for great customer support and know the work will be done and done right and their prices are so reasonable, seriously what else can you ask for in a company. huge thank you for all you all have done to help make our house a home."

"Did a good job waterproofing foundation, but left black asphalt paint well above the soil line and spilled cement on front steps. Also left waterproofing material above the soil line. Work on foundation was completed Dec. 1st. I took pictures and called and texted the supervisor repeatedly. They finally finished cleaning up the second week of February. They pressure washed the asphalt paint off the brick and took out the mortar between the bricks. I am sure they will not be back to repair this. I would not recommend them."

"The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

"The job was long and difficult. The owners watched the entire process to ensure everything was done correct."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Alpha Omega Siding for some siding repairs, and I could not be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, their professionalism shone through. The team completed the repairs in a timely manner, which I greatly appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout the process? every question I had was answered promptly, keeping me in the loop and easing any concerns I had. The pricing was fair and transparent, which is always a relief when undertaking home repairs. I would absolutely recommend Alpha Omega Siding to anyone in need of siding services, and I will certainly use them again in the future. Thank you, Alpha Omega Siding, for a job well done!"

"Excellent job pressure washing my house"

"These guys are great. Even with a few bumps in the road to the completion of the project these guys still finished fast and the work is great. Couple of good Spirit guys with “Can Do attitude”. They were great and I am happy and that’s all that matters."
