"I am writing this review to let other homeowners know that if they are unfortunately in need of foundation repair that the best company capable of handling the job is Advanced foundation repair & replacement. I have a two story home. The entire back and side wall had settled over six inches ( a total distance of seventy five feet). At the side of the house we have a masonry fireplace that had settled significantly as well. Then owner Frank Matyiko hooked up his exclusive unified jacking machine. Frank provided us with a licensed structural engineer that stamped all fazes of construction. He assured me that our house would be a piece of cake. He was right. Advanced leveled the back of my house along with the fireplace with his unified machine. Not a crack in the house. Not a crack in the fireplace. "I wanted to follow up my earlier post now that the job has been completed. The work to be done, our house was built in 1968 and there was a gap between the basement wall and the foundation that needed to be filled. We also needed to encapsulate the space. We were in the process of selling our home, and this issue came up in the home inspection. As anyone who has bought or sold a home this summer knows, we found out all the contracting firms are booked solid. We offered to work with the buyer, making repairs after close via escrow, but the buyer rejected and the offer was withdrawn. We decided to go through with the repairs recommended in the inspection report, including the work listed for the crawl space before relisting. We were concerned we would end up in the same situation, unable to make repairs in the inspection report. We had already purchased our new home and were carrying two mortgage payments. Another delay to close would be expensive. As mentioned earlier, Marty from Advantage Restoration was able to inspect and provide us an estimate for the work needed within days of our call. The owner of the Advantage, Mike Bird, called me directly to work out the schedule. Advantage Restoration was booked up, but our job was a smaller one, so they were able to fit our project between other projects. The work was started at the scheduled date and was completed in 2 days, as estimated. All work was done as specified on the estimate, and the final cost matched the estimated cost. The work itself looked great. The work crew explained the work and each step in the process to completion. The final result, we relisted the house and received a new offer. After inspection, there were no remediation items listed by the buyer, including the crawl space, and we are moving straight to closing. Mission accomplished! "We live in an older home, built in 1947. After much research we decided to make the switch from regular paint to the newer, more permanent coating style of paint. We selected Hoosier Permanent Coatings as our supplier  last October---and weather turned against us before  we could get the job completed last year. Hoosier Permanent Coatings, held our price for 2014 and stayed in touch with us as the weather began to warm in the spring (this year) to get us on the schedule at a time that was convenient for us. In addition we had significant window repair and replacement being done (by another contractor) that had to be coordinated along with the painting job. In short I cannot say enough good things about Hoosier Permanent Coatings (HPC) and particularly their Office Manager, Rosemary. While I was having serious challenges with the window contractor, HPC was with us every step of the way. When it finally became time for them to do their job---they arrived on time, worked extremely long days, all with great care, and did the most beautiful job!  Rosemary communicated regularly regarding what would happen each day...and that's exactly what happened. Their crew supervisor (I forget his name)--was terrific as well. Very respectful and professional. Everyone of the crew was thoughtful and courteous. A manager came by the job each day--to be sure I was satisfied and to see if I had any additional questions.
I cannot say enough nice things. I would heartily recommend Hoosier Permanent Coatings to everyone that is considering this service. Our house has never looked better!
