I am writing this recommendation for Procrete and their owner Dave McBride. I decided to engage Dave and Procrete after searching for a hardscape / paver contractor local to my summer house in Margate. There are many contractors who will work at the shore, but my preference was to find a company based in the area vs. an hour away.

Dave was very professional in his approach, and consultative. I shared with him what we were looking for, to completely rebuild our back yard, from 50 year old ugly cracked concrete and a chain link fence to a new vinyl fence and pavers.

We shared our vision, and Dave’s firm provided a sketch of what the back yard could look like with a specific paver design, which we ended up going with – while making a few changes along the way.

We also had Dave install a built-in gas firepit that has exceeded our expectations. It is now the central point of our new back yard.

While at it, I also had Dave replace my old cracked driveway with new concrete and pavers for my front walkway. AS his team was already at my house doing a job, the extra cost was not prohibitive.

My biggest concern going in was using a contractor that I did not have a previous referral for. Dave provided referrals plus a list of properties in the local area that he did work on.

I must say, the work was top notch and we are thrilled with how our back yard came out. I had no less than 4 neighbors comment on the work they were doing and their commitment to doing a good job vs. a fast job.

I have been screwed before by contractors that finish the job 80-90% and then never come back to truly complete the job. Dave even came back to finish all of my items on a punch list after the job was done.

I 100% recommend Dave and Procrete for hardscaping, paver and concrete work.

"They arrived promptly when expected and executed the work to my complete satisfaction. The injection holes for the lifting foam don't stand out too badly and they only had to drill a few of them. The sidewalk was lifted to its proper height. After the lift, the sealing was applied and coated with quartz sand, more attractive than the original black material."

"I hired Aztec for major repairs due to termite damage. They were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. They came in less than 10 days after we contacted them to FINISH the work. First, they evaluated the damage and walked me through the needed repairs which included placing three new steel support beams along with two main horizontal wood beams and several sistered beams. They were able to complete the work, once they started, in three days. At each step, I was informed of progress and there were no surprises (from my end). The work included everything from removing electrical wiring and then replacing it, pouring the new steel vertical support beams, affixing them solidly into my concrete floor, and then pacing the numerous horizontal beams. "Fred and his staff were beyond amazing. We had some foundation requirements along with special styling and they achieved all of our requests with extra care. The rough design was turned into a patio that we were imagining in our dreams. They warned us of their busy schedule and still beat their estimated time of completion by over two weeks. We have several tradesmen peers who were astonished by the quality of the work. The quality of the stamping and finishing work was done above expectations. They colored, power-washed, and used a high end sealer with grit to finish. The turnaround time from when they started the job to end was around 4 days. We could walk on it after a few days."

"Jamie and Raymone did an outstanding job leveling my sinking slab. All drilling and pumping was done in the grout area between my floor tiles. Not one tile was cracked. Holes were filled and dust was cleaned up. The whole first floor took about two hours. They worked very quickly and efficiently. They really knew what they were doing and did a fantastic job. "This company did a first class job solving a basement foundation water infiltration problem in our commercial office building in Upper Bucks County, PA. A project manager came out to assess our situation; he came up with a proposed solution on the spot, provided us with a written proposal and sample photos of other similar work they had done. The work required excavating a small portion of the foundation on the exterior and filling a crack in the foundation wall down to the footers. The crew came out as scheduled and completed the job in a single day as predicted. Some follow up tweaks were needed, and I'm happy to say that the customer service team and follow up crew responded promptly and made some necessary adjustments to button up the job as promised.
