"Excellent all around experience!!!!!!!! After a series of storms and gradual water soaking our basement carpet several times, I finally called Waterproofing One in April, 2017 after seeing their ad several times on our St. Basil's church bulletin. I spoke initially with the owner-Joe who was helpful and he dispatched Dave Cook who came over within an hour. Dave Cook has been in this business and related utility engineering previously for over 30 years and really knows his stuff. Dave was extremely thorough, spending time in the basement, looking at some pictures I took of the damage and spent a considerable amount of time walking around the exterior of my property and reviewing the landscaping where most problems start. Dave wrote up a report of what work was needed including extending downspouts, recommending we have our contractor add a louvered door at the top of the steps for aeration (a great idea given no windows in basement) , waterproofing the well water closet walls, spraying impacted area for potential mold, and installing a new French drain and sump-pump system with battery backup. Gene and his crew then came over on May 17, 2018 and performed the construction and installation work and did a great job. Those guys worked extremely hard in what is inherently a muddy line of work and were very courteous, professional and left the basement very clean. Gene took extra time to show us exactly what they were doing as they drilled holes into the lower cinder block walls, laying of the perforated pipe and some of the damp mold on the wooded studs he extracted at the impacted area. We paid exactly what Dave originally quoted! Dave Cook came back checked on things and made some other recommendations including adding stones around the foundation outside and in holes to avoid soil erosion and soften the acceleration of rain water into the ground. Once the work was finished and our carpenter redid the walls and painting, We had subsequently refinished the basement with high end vapor/mold resistant padding from Mohawk and a quality polyester carpet. 15 months later and here we are on September 30, 2019 after 50+ rain storms since installation and NO WATER nor Mold issues in the basement!!! We are really enjoying our basement again thanks to WATERPROOFING ONE!!!! 5-STARS!!!!!!!!"

"We got 5 estimates from companies regarding a leak in our office and adjoining storage unit. This was the only company that accurately pinpointed the problem , which was a leak coming from gaps surrounding our electrical conduit pipe. Other companies had quoted us 6400$ to dig up the front yard and redo everything from the outside. Others wanted to dig up the inside. I’m so glad Mike explained everything to me clearly- and it all came down to common sense. These guys found the exact spot where the leak was coming from, and knew how to fix it. He also suggested replacing our sump pump because it was the original, and mud was starting to back up. He suggested we do this as it would be tragic to fix one problem and have another occur (and subsequent flooding) that could have been prevented. There was a minor connectivity issue with the sump pump a couple weeks later but I called at 9 am, the man who took the call put it in as an emergency because of some water splashing out and the problem was fixed by 11 the same day. Great responsiveness and customer service. I feel confident in my decision to choose this company, and would recommend them to others."

It's hard to find in this 'space'--there are a lot of shady people in basement water damage/repair, and this place exceeded expectations. We've had our repair in place for 4+ years, with only 1 small issue on a wall seam crack, and that was fixed within 24 hours of reporting the issue. Stand up place! "I highly recommend Pellicore Concrete! My wife and I hired Pellicore to remove our 10' wide asphalt driveway and replace it with a widened 18' concrete driveway. The project also entailed demolition of our existing concrete porch, replacing it, adding a new front patio, and tying the porch and patio work into the new driveway. Joe Pellicore met with us and gave us estimates for the entire project, along with breaking down the project into its component parts with estimates for each. We went with the entire project. Joe worked with us on dates for the project, which ended up taking 4 days. Joe and his staff arrived on time every day and kept us informed through each step, making sure we were involved in final decisions. Once the project was poured the crew did an amazing job cleaning up and backfilling gaps between the lawn and the new porch and driveway. They did fantastic work! We love our new porch, patio, and driveway!"
