"Augustine, Greg, CJ, and crew were phenomenal! They made sure to explain next steps and offer walk through as after every step of the project. They were very efficient and respectful of our property. The clean up was also fantastic- other than the expected debris there was no sign they were drilling holes, cutting pipes, or pouring concrete! I will 100% recommend JES to anyone needing foundation repair. Our worries were gone and our problems were fixed in a day and a half. Thank you!"

"We got 5 estimates from companies regarding a leak in our office and adjoining storage unit. This was the only company that accurately pinpointed the problem , which was a leak coming from gaps surrounding our electrical conduit pipe. Other companies had quoted us 6400$ to dig up the front yard and redo everything from the outside. Others wanted to dig up the inside. I’m so glad Mike explained everything to me clearly- and it all came down to common sense. These guys found the exact spot where the leak was coming from, and knew how to fix it. He also suggested replacing our sump pump because it was the original, and mud was starting to back up. He suggested we do this as it would be tragic to fix one problem and have another occur (and subsequent flooding) that could have been prevented. There was a minor connectivity issue with the sump pump a couple weeks later but I called at 9 am, the man who took the call put it in as an emergency because of some water splashing out and the problem was fixed by 11 the same day. Great responsiveness and customer service. I feel confident in my decision to choose this company, and would recommend them to others."

"PLEASE NOTE THAT I SUBMITTED A REVIEW LAST SUMMER OR THE PRECEDING SUMMER.
I CAN ONLY SAY THAT THE SERVICE WAS FINE. BEYOND THAT I WOULD NEED TO HAVE SOME LEVEL OF EXPERTISE IN FURNACE REPAIR WHICH I HAVE NOT.

"The required fix required that outside trenching be done and B-Dry does not do this type of work. The representative was very knowledgeable about the problem and apologized for not being able to solve the issue. Very much appreciated his honesty."

"The technician was professional and courteous, careful with his shoes entering and exiting the house and cleaned up after the job was done. Came when he said he would and called before coming. He gave me options on fixing the problem. I knew exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. I will definitely use them again when I have a need!"

"Fixed our leak! So happy"

"Excellent experience overall! My backyard had cracked concrete all over and I wanted to repave it into a parking pad. There were some technical difficulties but Jamie was able to figure out the best plan to complete the job and gave the best quote out of four companies I inquired with, with the highest quality concrete quoted. He kept me updated on scheduling and the crew showed up on time on the scheduled date. They were very friendly, did a great job that exceeded my expectations. The communications were clear throughout. I would highly recommend this company."

"Excellent customer service. I took away 1/2 star because the 1st quote I was given was ridiculous! The Sr. Rep came back and made things right. I also had a small leak from the installed pipes once the job was complete but I made 1 call and they immediately came out to fix with no problem. I haven’t had any problems since. My basement has stayed dry through all the record-breaking rain in the past few months. I have peace of mind. I would recommend this company to friends and family."
