"We got 5 estimates from companies regarding a leak in our office and adjoining storage unit. This was the only company that accurately pinpointed the problem , which was a leak coming from gaps surrounding our electrical conduit pipe. Other companies had quoted us 6400$ to dig up the front yard and redo everything from the outside. Others wanted to dig up the inside. I’m so glad Mike explained everything to me clearly- and it all came down to common sense. These guys found the exact spot where the leak was coming from, and knew how to fix it. He also suggested replacing our sump pump because it was the original, and mud was starting to back up. He suggested we do this as it would be tragic to fix one problem and have another occur (and subsequent flooding) that could have been prevented. There was a minor connectivity issue with the sump pump a couple weeks later but I called at 9 am, the man who took the call put it in as an emergency because of some water splashing out and the problem was fixed by 11 the same day. Great responsiveness and customer service. I feel confident in my decision to choose this company, and would recommend them to others."

"Best Buy's Regional Manager(Dan Mayo) came out in a timely manner to give us a quote to not only waterproof our basement but he also inspected our crawl space that unbeknownst to us had leakage also and had built up mould. His quote was most reasonable in comparison to other companies and he adjusted his work schedule to accommodate our travel schedule. We were leaving in two days and he had his crew come the day before we left and they completed the work that day. The crew itself was impressive in their work ethic as they labored almost non-stop from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. What a relief it was for us to have this work completed before we left for two weeks.. "Roland jr and his crew from MD Waterproofing did a great job under difficult circumstances. A previous renovation by a previous owner dropped the basement floor. What we didnâ t realize is that they had never added underpins so the foundation was undermined. Once Rolandâ s crew broke into a wall to solve a leak, they saw this. They explained the issue clearly and explained the remedy. We were able to quickly get a new quote for the additional work from our company contact, Steve Maney, who was very professional throughout this. Total cost for our house was just over $20k for underpinning two walls and redoing the associated French drains. We will definitely go with MD Water proofing to finish the last two walls, once we have the money saved"
