"

I don't recall the date this occurred, but it was not July 2015, but the format requires a date.  In any event, I was concerned about a foundation problem, and Roberts sent a representative out who inspected inside and outside and advised that while he would love to have found a problem that would have involved an expensive repair, he could not do so because he saw no foundation problem.  He was as honest as the day is long, extraordinarily polite and gave considerable supporting statements as to his determination.  I really appreciated his integrity.

"Jason came out when he said he would, explained what he was going to do and then did it, It looks like it will hold well but he told m to call if it leaked again and he would come to fix it."

"The people were respectful and nice, but some mistakes were made in the initial bidding, and some of the work early on caused more costly repairs to be needed. I had to have workers and sales representative come back out on a different day to complete the job. I also had to agree to loosing some warranties and guarantees of work holding up over time and/or fixing the initial leak issue unless I agreed to pay double the planned costs to complete the project.properly. The solution recommended to us seems to he helping so far, but isn't very asthectucaly pleasing on the our front porch of our home. Also workers posted out a trip hazard on out sidewalk due to land settlement and I even mentioned it to our sales representative. Surprisingly he didn't offer fixing it or selling me options for fixing it. I found this very odd since it's one.of their companies biggest selling/marketing campaigns?"

"Our experience with Atlas Foundation Solutions, LLC was excellent. Their staff was very professional, prompt and courteous. Their technician, Jacob was very knowledgeable and thorough. He found another crack under the deck that was covered in the basement with insulation and shelving, saving us another problem down the road. Great job, thank you!"

"I got bids from 5 contractors. 3 of them backed out immediately and the 4th didn't have good references. Musick had stellar references, stuck with me through the financing process which lasted months and answered all questions and concerns I had. Most of all he had the confidence in himself and his crew to do the job right. My new foundation looks amazing and I can't be happier with the job that they did. Too bad they don't do everything because I'd definitely hire them."

"They showed up on time everyday. Friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. My foundation has been dry since they?ve done work on it. Would hire again!"

"It went very well. Tom did a great job designing a patio I never would have imagined in an otherwise useless area of our yard, helping to make more of our property functional. Tom did a great job putting up with all my questions and tweaks to the material and design, and in the end we essentially went with his original proposal, highlighting his judgement and experience with these types of projects. We have a few items to follow up with, but I will likely be using his services for future projects and landscape issues."

"Andrew did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of the different waterproofing methods he recommended I apply to my basement foundation to make sure it stayed sealed long term. He was very professional, a good communicator, cleaned up after himself, and made sure to provide updates throughout the work. He even repaired a cracked portion of my sewer while installing a sump pump. Would highly recommend! Not a lot of waterproofing companies out there like Affordable that are a one man show, which is the best part. One man job = one way communication and responsibility. It hurts me not to give him a full 5 stars, but the only minor con I can bring up was how the work was some charges tacked on at the close of the project, due to some extra cost he told me he incurred for the pipe/connections needed to repair/replace the cracked pipe. The labor materials for repairing the damaged pipe were listed on the original firm bid I received before the project started. As I said this was a VERY MINOR con and I feel you will not find a better contractor out there to replace Andrew for your waterproofing needs!"

"Marlon Tuckpointing did a professional and seamless job on my chimney. I had missing mortar, discoloration, and a cracked and worn down chimney crown. Marlon came out right away and performed an assessment, made everything clear (including the price), and stayed in contact with me during the entire process. What impresses me most is their accuracy in workmanship, including the type/color match of mortar as well as the waterproofing work that protects my home from damage. When homes are 60+ years old, it is time to start thinking about the mortar and brick that holds your home together. While durable, over time, sacrificial mortar degrades and it's time to call in a professional to maintain the look and stability of your biggest asset. I am confident that you can trust Marlon Tuckpointing to do the job and am happy to recommend them."

"We had a bathroom renovation on the first floor completed by Kimberlin Construction. We were quite happy with the process of working with the owner, Gary, and his team from start to finish. They were reliable, professional and friendly. Gary was honest and fair in pricing. The work required making sure our heated floors did not get damaged, and Gary and his team were creative in developing a solution to protect our floors. The team was efficient in completing high-quality work."
