He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. "This company impressed us from beginning to end! The estimate and finished price were far lower than other quotes, while the quality, speed & cleanliness of work was far superior to what others offered. They hung plastic sheeting & barriers surrounding the whole work area & used a ventilation system so there was never dust anywhere. ( Concrete dust is dangerous, not just messy!) The entire team ( 5 people 1st day, 3 on 2nd day) always removed shoes & treated our house & us with respect. They walked us through the steps of the job, showed us the work & the damage/ wet areas & the undamaged areas at several points as they were doing it (without being asked). Tested sump pump in our presence... without us asking. In addition to other source of water, they found a crack in the foundation & worked to examine the extent of damage.. which went all the way from outside in. They showed us the full damage, offered to fix this more completely, explained options to do or not do that work, but never pressured us. They provided life-of-structure warranty. They even told us they caused a tiny area of damage to woodwork on a window sill ( I would never have been upset about) when they were done THEY pointed it out and THEY spackled & fixed it ( like 5 min work.) The whole job took 1 and a half days. Like anyone, I was heartbroken to have started finding water in my finished basement & terrified of the cost & the process of fixing it. This company made this as affordable, convenient & low-stress as I can possibly imagine."

"Jason was excellent and I will absolutely use AA Action Waterproofing for future projects. After having two other companies provide estimates for fixing our basement leak problem, I called AA Action for a third quote. The first two companies recommended extensive indoor and outdoor remedies with expensive price tags. I was a bit surprised because our leak is very minor. Enter Jason. Jason was friendly and clearly had extensive experience. He assessed the problem and pointed out that, while we could of course undertake the considerable actions the other companies recommended, it was more than likely that a simple fix of rerouting our gutter drain would fix our problem - a $20 fix that we could do on our own vs. the thousands of dollars in repairs recommended by the other companies. He told us that he could not honestly take our money knowing this small fix was likely all that was required. The remedy worked. "The person who came out to talk to me was friendly and professional. I have a complicated yard with hills, drainage issues, and mostly shade. She spent well over the allotted half hour to help me problem solve and pick plants.
The planting went great. Unfortunately, 3 of the shrubs and the zebra grass died very soon after planting! I didn't contact them, because it was an Angieslist deal, and there was no warranty on the plants because of this. So this is big perk of paying full price, and an example of the risk of getting an Angieslist deal. But it was a great value, so I am still enjoying the nice tree (made it through that difficult winter just fine), several of the shrubs, and we enjoyed the annuals which looked great.
Burying the pipes: This was also successful, but it wasn't completed properly at first. The pipe had dirt right in front of it, so the water wouldn't drain at all. However, I called and explained this to the company, and the woman I originally spoke with said she would come out herself to fix it, which she did. (I can't remember her name, but she is great.) I was impressed by the integrity and promptness to this matter, knowing that it was not an expensive job, and she spent her own time to fix it. Obviously, customer satisfaction and retention are a priority for them. I would definitely hire them again when I am ready.
