"Trenton, Elijah, Tristen and Jordan did a superior job lifting the foundation. I was impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend to anyone their service."

"Very professional and friendly customer service, from the estimator to the foreman. Even though unforeseen work was necessary, the job was completed by the time they said. I had 2 previous estimates and one was 3x the cost and the other company said they couldn't even do this job. I HIGHLY recommend Alford services for foundation repair."

"John the project manager was VERY helpful and knowledgeable in getting things lined up for my basement batt insulation project, the guys did an excellent job and it was complete in less that 2 days."

"The actual service was awesome and the guys doing the work were courteous and amazing! We are definitely going to recommend them to our neighbors who are experiencing the same settling issues with their concrete. We did, however, have a rough go at scheduling and communication from the office could be improved. The work was originally scheduled for a Tuesday but the prior job ran over. That first week communication was great but then we didn’t hear anything for 7 days and had to call them to figure out when the work was being rescheduled for."

"Jodie Machen is an outstanding workman and job manager. Our home is a old steel-baron era mansion from 1929. It needed a new roof and significant association flashing work. Jodie Machen was the perfectionist I was looking for. Not only did he do an immensely careful job, but he was thorough in his communication with me throughout, calling to touch base not just on formal aspects of the job, but also on convenience questions. His personal presence on the job made sure that his standards translated to his work crew, and together they presented a polite and professional group who I felt very happy to have around my little kids. I would unhesitatingly recommend this company! As an aside, Jodie Machen also fixed a difficult plumbing problem for us, so I suppose he would be great for other similar work as well!"

"Made the yard look great! Did a lot of clean up in the front beds and the leaves throughout the yard. Will definitely hire again!"

"They have done great work for a great price."

"My daughter's own words:  "After my son decided to take the spout out of the wall of the tub and shower, i called Bud Hypes around 3:30 in the afternoon on a Friday! After leaving a message, thinking that they had left for the day, I got a call back with in 30 minutes from a technician saying he could be out the next morning first thing!  He gave me an estimate over the phone without even looking at it...Mike and Bobby came the next morning and got right to work, w/in the hour we had a new spout and pipe and it was cheaper than originally thought!  The technicians cleaned up after themselves and it looked like new!"  We were impressed and so was our 5 year old son!!  He asked us if we could call them the next time we needed something fixed, let's just say, I hope we don't, but if we do, we will definitely be calling Mike and Bobby again!!! Thanks guys!""

"The gentlemen were very polite and respectful. They came out the same day for an emergency (a severely clogged drain), which was very much appreciated. However, the problem was not solved, despite assurances that it was. A second company came out and found a piece of an old plumbing snake that had somehow been stuck in the pipe, which was causing the clog. The second company believed that the piece should have been able to be detected (and removed) by Sewer & Drain Specialists during the first check, as it was very large. I am not a plumber, so I can only go by what they tell me. I hate leaving anything but glowing reviews, but it is also important to note when things don't go quite so well, to hopefully avoid the same problem in the future, as it did end up costing double what it should have to fix the problem and almost a week of extra time without working toilets/showers/etc."
