I am writing this recommendation for Procrete and their owner Dave McBride. I decided to engage Dave and Procrete after searching for a hardscape / paver contractor local to my summer house in Margate. There are many contractors who will work at the shore, but my preference was to find a company based in the area vs. an hour away.

Dave was very professional in his approach, and consultative. I shared with him what we were looking for, to completely rebuild our back yard, from 50 year old ugly cracked concrete and a chain link fence to a new vinyl fence and pavers.

We shared our vision, and Dave’s firm provided a sketch of what the back yard could look like with a specific paver design, which we ended up going with – while making a few changes along the way.

We also had Dave install a built-in gas firepit that has exceeded our expectations. It is now the central point of our new back yard.

While at it, I also had Dave replace my old cracked driveway with new concrete and pavers for my front walkway. AS his team was already at my house doing a job, the extra cost was not prohibitive.

My biggest concern going in was using a contractor that I did not have a previous referral for. Dave provided referrals plus a list of properties in the local area that he did work on.

I must say, the work was top notch and we are thrilled with how our back yard came out. I had no less than 4 neighbors comment on the work they were doing and their commitment to doing a good job vs. a fast job.

I have been screwed before by contractors that finish the job 80-90% and then never come back to truly complete the job. Dave even came back to finish all of my items on a punch list after the job was done.

I 100% recommend Dave and Procrete for hardscaping, paver and concrete work.

The sidewalk was lifted to its proper height. After the lift, the sealing was applied and coated with quartz sand, more attractive than the original black material."

"Fred and his staff were beyond amazing. We had some foundation requirements along with special styling and they achieved all of our requests with extra care. The rough design was turned into a patio that we were imagining in our dreams. They warned us of their busy schedule and still beat their estimated time of completion by over two weeks. "If I could give them more stars I would! Tom and Josh were fabulous... not only did they do the foudation work (the foundation was GONE), they also did a complete ly gutted the kitchen and bathroom, and did a beautiful remodel. In addtion, they did the needed reapirs to the bedrooms, and living room including the entire ceiling -- due to the floundation issues, the cracks were all over (BEFORE they started). They got the floor to a more level position and fixed all those cracks that had been there for years. They cared about our house as if it was their own. They cleaned up after themselves and obviously took great pride in their work. We were so pleased with every aspect. They stayed in contact with us and kept us up to date on progress and issues as they arose. I am so impressed with them, I am scheduling them to do a remodel at my other home. And as an additonal note, my subcontractors (electrician, countertop guy and flooring guy also shared how impressed they were working with Tom and Josh. My other contractors mentioned that they are not use to working with such friendly people who willingly stayed and explained the project. Each one independently told me how impressed they were with Wise Choise Construction. I absolutely made the RIGHT choice -- the WISE choice in choosing them. You will not go wrong with them. They really care about the property they are working on."
