"My pond is the healthiest it's ever been, I don't know if it's because of backyard ponds, or whatever? But I now have baby fish about 12 of them and I am going to hire them to do my winterization. I got a very professional reminder from backyard ponds in the mail today, and I really appreciate the reminder. "They called Miss Utility and had the ground marked for the utility wire locations. They showed up as scheduled on a Thursday, removed the rotting wood beams. Each afternoon when they left, they covered the open area with tough plastic to keep things from washing away during thunderstorms. They came back each weekday, rebuilt the support structure, replaced all of the border wood beams, leveled the slates and power-washed the entire patio. They had to temporarily remove part of a fence in order to reach all of the wood beams that needed to be replaced, but they put the fence back carefully and neatly. They came back and filled in the places between the slates that had been dirt (which was power washed away) with light gravel. They finished up, neatening the dirt that had been moved around, including on my neighbor's side of the fence, on the following Thursday afternoon. They moved my patio furniture back into my preferred positions and I told them it looks as if I have a completely new patio!
