I was hoping a bigger issue didn't exist as the sink was backing up/ not draining water for several weeks. He also had the correct replacement part in his marked truck. Scheduling was efficient and faster than expected. Just thought the price was rather high for the work being asked done. I asked for the free estimate, and discovered price lists are established by company only once the plumber was onsite. Unfortunately, trying to get anyone else's opinion on such a small job was proving difficult because the risk of not doing the work once on site is not something that many will bother with doing in person.
