Jeff guided us through the inevitable ebbs and flows, from variances and permits to tear down and construction. When we hit a couple challenges, Jeff helped us navigate the issues and keep the job on track. "I bought an Anglie's List deal to have one room painted for $99.  It turned out that the deal included only the walls, not the ceiling and trim although that was not mentioned in the ad for the deal.  When I pointed that out to AOM, they agreed to include the trim.   They also agreed to paint an exterior door at no additional cost.  I paid extra for them to paint the ceiling for which they supplied the paint.  I had consulted with them prior to 10/2 about the other paint, which I had purchased in advance.  The two men who did the work were prompt and meticulous.  There was a slight problem with the finish on the door which they corrected a few days later.

"We had our driveway extended. some specialty concrete poured, and our garage floor coated. Communication throughout the project was fast and there were no project delays. Our GORGEOUS garage floor makes me smile every time I open the door!!"

"Dave and the crew were friendly and worked hard. I felt it was a bit pricey and really needed more trimmed from tree in front. The back was pretty good. One tree could have been trimmed further down but such is life. I think had I been a male it would have gone differently."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
