"To start, I put in for an emergency call to Freschi and was told they would call me 30 minutes before. They never called me back. Freschi sucks!!!I I also put in a request on HomeAdvisor on Thursday night and was given Global Warming Heating and Air as one of their verified contractors. I got a call at 7am from Rudy. I called back around 830am and we made an appointment for 1130am. He showed up at 1105am and quickly diagnosed the problem. He recommended replacing the furnace(which houses the blower assembly) due to the cost of repairs and its 17 year old condition. He didn t try to up sell me for an entire new system. He said my AC is working well so there s no need to replace it. I decided to replace the furnace and he said he d be back around 130pm. Rudy and his crew were back by 1pm. From the start of demo to it running again was less than 2 hours. Rudy s customer service is top notch!! From now on, I will only be calling Global Warming Heating and Air. I can t say enough good things about Rudy s business ethics and timeliness. A+++++"

"Smart Heating and Air Conditioning was very responsive and came out when we really needed them. We were without heat as our old furnace no longer worked and our AC was on its last leg. Mike came out to give us a quote which was the best out of three that we had. He went over all options with us and now we are very satisfied to have a new and efficient heating and AC system. They lived up to their name as well, by upgrading my thermostat to a WiFi one that added that SMART touch to my system."

"These guys are AMAZING! They replaced a furnace and overall I was VERY
IMPRESSED. Their prices were great, their service was 10/10 and overall
very professional and trustworthy. I rarely review, but I feel good
about recommending them because I know you will be in great hands.

"Appointment was scheduled between 8am-4pm. Waited all day for the tech (Jeremiah) to arrive. Then received a phone call a little after 3pm indicating they needed to reschedule for the next day almost at the last moment. Needless to say, we got off to a rocky start, but Jeremiah did finally show up around 5pm, isolated the problem in less then 5 minutes, showed me what to do and what not to do when changing batteries out of the thermostat, and pointed out which fuse had blown keeping the furnace from coming on. In conclusion, they made this right, I received a well-needed lesson on minor furnace maintenance, and was able to get the furnace working again. Would I hire this company again? Absolutely, and if you are having problems with your furnace, you might want to consider these people as well!"

"Juan and his team were top tier professional. From the initial consultation to the hvac installation, they handled everything with care. Juan was so thorough answering my questions, the install was done in time, and everything was to spec. When I contacted him with an issue after install, him and his business partner came to take care of things immediately. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them in a heartbeat. So grateful for the work they did with removing our furnace and installing a split unit heat pump. Thank you Juan!"
