Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.

Sunil was the salesman who helped us complete the transaction and he was pleasant and respectful. Once there, Brian did a fantastic job of communicating the services that he was performing and kept me very informed about the status of the AC system.
