"When I was looking for a new high efficiency furnace, I received several quotes and Sure Temp was almost $800 cheaper than any other Carrier dealer. "Mr. Ferrell came to my home and picked up my dinosaur of a computer...a 2005 Dell Desktop.  For all intents and purposes, it was barely running.  If I was lucky, I was able to check my gmail and sometimes send a response.  Mr. Ferrell picked up my computer on his DAY OFF (Friday) and returned it to me on LABOR DAY.  He said that my computer had over 7,000 viruses on it. And, he charged me $125 which I think is an incredible price due to the fact he gave me a BRAND NEW COMPUTER.
Mr. Ferrell is extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient with his time and your money.  I just started using my new computer this week and I am in heaven.  No more viruses...no more waiting 10 minutes to pull up a website...and no more having to pull out all of my cords out of my modem and rebooting my computer.  I am thrilled with the job that Mr. Ferrell did and I would recommend him to anyone.
