"I thought they were on the high side. The only problem that I've had with their delivery is, they brought oil when I didn't think I needed it. If I have a full tank in April, I don't them to come out until the fall. I don't have to be here when they deliver the oil, they show up on the day. I don't have an appointment."

"Canâ t say enough goods things about Onofreo Home Comfort Systems. Itâ s all in the name , Home Comfort. This is the second time I had the pleasure of using their great service. From start to finish, from Kelly at the office , to all the service men and women, to the owner Mark himself, this team is amazing at what they all do. Customer service , simply amazing, and their work is impeccable. They installed a new heating system transfer from oil to natural gas. What ease they made it, again start to finish. When I needed them again to help move some pipes to help with a renovation they were there once again pleasant as ever like weâ ve been good friends for a long time. This is how you should do business, friendly , experience, accommodating, reasonable if not amazing price , and all around great work at the end of the day. Would 1,000 percent recommend to anyone with a home with heat or air. I am using them for air now as well , when you find a good thing stick with it , I did ."

"Mike came and gave me an estimate for the work and installed the tanks the very next morning. He and his co-worker took the old tanks away, installed the new ones, put in new pipes, tested the system, and cleaned up after themselves. I would absolutely use him again for any other repairs/replacements I need!"

"Our conversion to gas went smoothly. Air Inc. did a great job removing our oil tank and installing our new furnace and water heater. Sunil was the salesman who helped us complete the transaction and he was pleasant and respectful. However, he was somewhat persistent in making a sale and didn't discuss all our available options before we signed the contract. Several weeks later, we learned that other local companies provided a similar service at more affordable prices, but that one is on us for not getting multiple quotes. Nonetheless, the quality of the service was great and our equipment seems to be working well."

"I hired northeast heating and cooling to replace my aging heating A/C system. This was a fairly large job, seeing it was a Multi floor house with two independent systems running both upstairs and the main floor. They also explained to me how adding a heat pump system to the house would help make heating my house less expensive during fall and spring. They replaced the entire upstairs duct work and reconfigured the entire house to run balanced and efficient. I couldn't be any happier with the work that was done in the house I would highly recommend them. Thank you Guy's for your hard work and dedication to get this system working amazing!"

"Bruce really listened to how I answered his questions and designed a natural-gas fueled steam boiler system that met all the requirements with the expansion potential I requested. During pre-installation logistics and the day of installation, Bruce and his crew were on-time, courteous and professional. Their work demonstrated the benefits of hiring a fully credentialed company, skilled and experienced at their craft. They completed their work in one very long day so that I could avoid a night without heat during a stretch of very cold January days.
