"They were on time and finished in one day. The installers did an extremely professional job. Despite negative reviews, my system is very quiet, works as needed. I/we are most pleased with our purchase. After being in the construction business for over thirty years, my own HVAC people couldn't compete with the pricing we received after the tax credit and that includes figuring the tax credit for the others also. "On time, very professional. The team put on booties to protect our floors. Diagnosed the problem quickly; it was the thermostat and not the air handlers. A quick replacement and all is well. They did not offer an option of a programmable thermostat, only a single setting thermostat. Not a deal killer, but it would be nice to have a choice."
