"They were on time and finished in one day. The installers did an extremely professional job. Despite negative reviews, my system is very quiet, works as needed. I/we are most pleased with our purchase. "On time, very professional. The team put on booties to protect our floors. Diagnosed the problem quickly; it was the thermostat and not the air handlers. A quick replacement and all is well. They did not offer an option of a programmable thermostat, only a single setting thermostat. Not a deal killer, but it would be nice to have a choice."

I called Flori to schedule an appointment, they were here on time and got things back up, running and cooling.
