Co-owner, Derick Bishop came out early on a Sunday morning after I gave them a 5 AM call about not having heat. My system was 20 years old. "Better than expected. Phil was the only contractor that responded AND came to my house on the same day that I called all the other contractors. He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms. Swift service done on a short time from initial call to complete installation (less than 1 week and completed installation in 7 hours). "I was having a problem with MS Office not responding and other files being very, very slow to open. Jim started looking for the cause right away. He did numerous checks for viruses, malware, and various other things that can go wrong. He vigorously pursued a resolution pretty steadily for two days before determining it was a malfunctioning external backup system that was causing the problem. With that finding, he promptly got my computer running smoothly and very fast again. He made two trips to my house; on the first one, he had to cross a sheet of ice in my driveway. Jim is a very capable and experienced computer analyst that will get after your problem because he fully understands the importance of, and the need to have a working computer in the house.

"No work was performed. Angie's List has been unable to remove this from my account and I'm tired of the popups. The service coupon was offered from a vendor on the West Coast to me in VA. The company name is exactly as one listed in VA so I errantly purchased the coupon. Angie's List refunded the money but multiple attempts to remove this aborted service scheduling have failed. This is my attempt at removing it from the system and quit nagging me EVERY time I log in to write a review.

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"Very well! Matthew our assigned project manager was very thorough and respectful. He kept our property guarded! We had a few people pop by the house to "check" things out and he respected our home. He called to see if these people were allowed on the property. He and I traveled through the house where he showed me how the work was being conducted. He also showed me problem areas. And explained throughly how it would work. There were about 5 guys working in the dead heat of July! where days it was almost unbearable. I was onsite 2 days here and there where I provided beverages and popcicles to cool off. They were able to complete the work a day a head of schedule! Now that we're into November. I have to say that my floors feel fantastic. No bowing. No bouncing. Plus their work is Lifetime!! So if we ever feel a problem we know just who to call!"
