I canâ t thank him enough for putting up with me. I have been extremely impressed with the whole home dehumidifier, Aprilaire, that his team set up in my basement. My basement humidity stays in the 40s or below. That is in all areas of my basement. Prior to the Aprilaire, I was using a single dehumidifier and it did a good job dehumidifying the area that the dehumidifier was set up in but what I didnâ t realize was that it wasnâ t dehumidifying the other areas of my basement. I have hygrometers set up everywhere now and I can see that the Aprilaire is doing its job. I do recommend Vince and his team. He does care for the well being of his clients!"

"The initial contact was good and the price was fair. So they started the work and replaced the flat roof which went well. Then when they started on the chimney they found they would need to remove some of the roof to access everything which would be some additional cost. I agreed to this and they started the work but then there were delays and communication issues for over 2 months. They ended up not completing the job and leaving me high and dry to complete it myself."
