"Steve was awesome throughout my entire home inspection process. Unfortunately, the house I have been looking at I will be walking away from, but I am thankful and grateful for the dedicated work Steve provided. He was able to uncover evidence of mold substances and we proceeded with testing. There were numerous other findings he found. His report was very thorough and informative (which I received the evening of the inspection). He answered all my questions and even spoke with contractors for me to help with discussions for possible solutions to issues found. I would recommend him to a friend, family, stranger, my pastor, or anyone else needing a home inspection."
